Attention girls (.. guys) struggling with their weight! Not eating, taking laxatives, etc is NOT the way to lose weight.
I was a gymnast for 12 years and was constantly obsessed with my weight. Even though I was working out about 20+ hours a week & looked great, I thought I was still fat! I got to the point that I would barely eat anything & some times I would pass out during gym.
After my parents divorced it got worse. I ended up having to quit gymnastics because my body was so weak that it resulted in a career ending injury.
I DO know what y’all are going through, at least to a certain extent.
If any of you would like to talk or need some advice or encouragement please let me know.
I do not judge, im far from perfect and have made many mistakes. I’m free to listen if you need to vent.
